There is free Wi-Fi available at all of our sites. How to connect to this varies at each site and this is detailed in your welcome document.

Is there parking available?

Unfortunately, most of our sites do not offer parking. At some sites, there is an area that can be used for drop off and pick up. There are plenty of public car parks nearby each of sites that can be used.

Are there lifts available?

Yes, most of our sites do provide lift access to our rooms. If you would require lift access, please let us know when booking so we can ensure we allocate you either on the ground floor, or a building that contains a lift.

Do you have any accessible rooms?

We do have accessible rooms at all of our sites, however, availability of these are limited. Our term-time students may still be in residence in these rooms during summer and so we cannot guarantee that any accessible rooms will be available over the summer.

All of our rooms have a heating system. How these systems are controlled vary and are detailed in your welcome document.

There is no air conditioning available in any of our properties. The weather in the UK is generally not hot enough to require air conditioning.

All of our sites offer payable laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes. To use the laundry facilities, please download the Circuit Laundry App. The instructions are in the laundry room. Site staff can assist if required and further information is available on the Circuit Laundries website.

At some sites, irons and ironing boards are also available.

Servicing levels are determined by your booking type. Please check your booking for further details.

The standard for most bookings is a weekly towel and linen change. There is also a weekly service of your kitchen/diner.

You are more than welcome to have personal postal deliveries made to our reception area. The team can accept and sign for non-perishable deliveries. These deliveries can only be collected during office hours. You are responsible for checking with the reception team to see if your items have been delivered.

Any food deliveries (takeaways or grocery shopping) must be collected in person from the delivery company at the time of arrival.

Accidents happen and sometimes things do break. If something in your apartment or room is broken, please report it to the on-site team as soon as possible. Any items broken due to misuse will be charged for. Please contact the site team for a list of damage costs ahead of your arrival if required.

What's provided?

Take a look at the inventory list below of what is generally available in each apartment/ room.

This may vary between sites and is detailed in your welcome document.

What should I bring?

Although we provide most things, there are some items that you'll need to bring with you!

Toiletries - Toilet roll is provided and replenished throughout your stay, but things like shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste are not. There are plenty of shops around that you can purchase these from, if you forget!

Food - Even though breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we don't provide any food items. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for you to prepare, cook and eat your own meals during your stay and there are many local shops you can purchase groceries etc from. Or if you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby too.

Coat hangers - Due to limited availability, not all rooms on site will have coat hangers available. If you need one for a particular outfit, please consider bringing this with you.
