Sanctuary informs all persons taking part in Sanctuary activities that they may be photographed, filmed, videoed or otherwise captured in image form. Where reasonable and practical to do so, Sanctuary seeks written consent to image capture. What information do we collect?
In general, you can visit the Sanctuary website anonymously without giving us any information. If you visit our website anonymously, please bear in mind that we may still:

We do this by using Cookies, however this information does not allow us to identify you.

When you apply for a job
In completing an application form or submitting your Curriculum Vitae ("CV") to us by email, you will be providing us with personal information about yourself.
Uses of personal data
We will use your personal information only for the purpose of assessing your suitability for employment by us and in any subsequent interviewing process. Copies of the information you submit and any further correspondence will be retained in order to progress your job application and as a record of our employment and fair access processes.
Third party access
When you apply for a job with Sanctuary the application will be processed locally by the relevant office at which you are applying to work.
Retention of data
We take all reasonable steps to retain personal information only for as long as necessary to process your job application. We may also retain your details after a decision has been reached regarding your suitability for current jobs, in order that you can be considered for future vacancies that may become available.
