Sanctuary Students Grafton Street is just a short walk from both Manchester Metropolitan University and Manchester University. The accommodation has a total of 590 en-suite, standard and deluxe rooms in fully furnished flats for two to seven people. All bedrooms in five to seven person flats have en-suites, with a shared kitchen and lounge area, a flat screen TV and leather sofas. The two bedroom flats have a double and standard bedroom, a shared bathroom and a kitchen and lounge area with a TV.

We have a variety of tenancy lengths available and you can pay in 1, 3, 4, 7, or 11 instalments depending on your chosen contract length. The option for 4 and 11 instalments is only available on 50 week contracts.

We will inspect your property once you have moved out. If damages are found, additional charges are applicable.
