Complete your online induction
Get yourself prepared by completing your online induction which covers key topics and provides all the details you need to know about your room, the property, communal living, fire safety and security.
Login at https://secure.sanctuary-students.com/apply/ using your username and password.
Book your arrival slot
You’ll be able to book your arrival slot during your online induction or get in touch with us to arrange your personalised arrival slot.
It’s really important that you stick to the time slot allocated to you so we can ensure we maintain social distancing and effectively manage the flow of people in our properties.
If you arrive before your allocated arrival time slot, we may not be able to allow you to move in until your assigned time to avoid our buildings being overcrowded.
Wear a mask
We’re following Government guidelines and ask that everyone wears a face covering in any enclosed communal areas in our properties such as stairwells, common rooms, lifts and hallways.
Use hand sanitiser
You’ll find antibacterial gel located throughout our properties. Please use it regularly and wash your hand when you enter and before you leave your flat.
Wipe down moving trucks at the stations with the antibacterial materials provided.
One helper only
Limit the number of people travelling with you and only bring one person with you to help you move in to ensure we can social distance.
Try and keep a minimum of 2 meters apart from other students, families and our staff.
Have all of your check-in information to-hand so we can locate your keys and arrival pack as quickly as possible.
Observe any signs and look out for instructions and directions on where to check in.
You’ll be forming a household with your new flat mates. Following Government guidelines means that if a flat mate shows symptoms of or tests positive for Covid-19, you will need to self-isolate.
Please let us know if you self-isolate by completing our online form. You can find a quick link to this form using the QR code on the back of your bedroom door.
